Paul Chernoff is the Director of Information Technology at Washingtonian Magazine, a city magazine and web site for the greater Washington DC metro area. While at The Washingtonian Paul has managed Quark Publishing System (QPS) for 10 years and moved the magazine to K4 in 2006.

Previously at Enteractive he wrote a multimedia workflow management system for multimedia development. While originally written for Earth Explorer it was adopted for a number of projects.

Paul Chernoff earned his BGS at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where he took an awful lot of game design courses. He earned his MA in Community and Regional Planning at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.
